Cant download mods skyrim operation could not be completed

 · Skyrim and fallout 4 last November started experiencing a bug that doesn't let users download a mod and displays a message saying "the operation could not be completed" to fix this glitch launch the game attempt to install a mod off of the in game mod page and then if it doesn't work go to, systemsettingsnetwork network setting and then click go offline and then click go online once . "The operation could not be completed" i can't even login i tried via the official website my Password ect are correct but even on there official website i can't get to the mods has any one any idea what is going on I am having the same issue with my xbox one I am trying to download a mod and it says the operation could not be completed.
